LEARNING OBJECTIVES FOR ALL THREE MODULES

Lesson plan 1: 
Learning Outcomes/Objectives: By the end of this lesson, pupils should be able to:
Know what extremism is.Understand there are different types of extremism – violent and non violent.
To examine the methods extremists use to persuade people to join their causes – specifically, propaganda.

Lesson plan 2: 
Learning Outcomes/Objectives: 
By the end of this lesson, pupils should be able to:
To know how to identify people with extremist views.
Understand how people could be influenced to develop extremist views, with specific reference to grooming.
Evaluate what would be the appropriate action to take in dealing with people they suspected of developing extremist views.

Lesson plan 3:
Learning Outcomes/Objectives: 
By the end of this lesson, pupils should be able to:
Be more aware of how to express their views within the law
Understand their rights, responsibilities and consequences of their actions
Reflect on how to exercise their freedom of speech and actions within a democratic society
